Join British Columbia restaurants around the province in commemorating the annual Wild Salmon celebration on August 27 – 29.
As with last year, ten participating chefs and restaurants in various regions of BC will offer their own personal culinary style. Watch for special dishes, appetizers or entrees, made from local and sustainability caught salmon.
Consumers are now asking where our food is coming from and who is harvesting it. Wild salmon on the menu assures you are supporting a sustainable fishery, BC fishermen and coastal communities up and down BC coastline.
