Eco Fashion Week Australia two state schedule of 55 fashion designers, 72 fashion models and runway shows, 125 hair and makeup stylists, 150 volunteers and 500 meals has resulted in EFWA now largest event of its kind.
Now in its second year, EFWA Founder Zuhal Kuvan-Mills is now a global leader in the drive towards eco-friendly fashion and sustainability.
The message presented by EFWA the during the past two weeks has been crystal clear. We must support eco-friendly fashion. The textile Industry must adapt sustainable practices, and we all must work together to save our oceans from industry waste and break the endless fast fashion consumerism.
Being fashionable is not about the number of garments on your instagram account.
Sustainable fashion is about looking good with a limited number of quality pieces in your wardrobe. Besides, it’s easy on your wallet and good for our planet.
