The Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival 2024, launched in 2011, was the first city-wide initiative of its kind worldwide.
This January, the festival is back for the 14th season, featuring the best chocolatiers, pastry shops, bakeries, cafes, gelato and ice cream makers in the region who have come together to bring an exciting twist to the classic hot chocolate.

During the festival, you will find over 162 hot chocolate varieties at 105 locations spanning 10+ municipalities. Explore new neighbourhoods and indulge in these exciting time-limited flavours.
In the damp and gloomy winter days on the West Coast, you’ll find their motto to be true: “Chocolate makes you happy!”
