The exquisite outdoor experience, created with No Limits Helicopters, starts off with an unforgettable 45-minute helicopter tour. A Crispy Cheese Basket comes with baked phyllo pastry, light blue cheese labneh, caramelized pecan, fresh berries, and balsamic reduction. Foie Gras Gougeres are a delightful indulgence with foie gras mousse, candied orange peel, honey apple compote, and Grand Marnier.
